- Demonstrate expertise in organizing community-centered events and culturally competent services.

- Provide at least one (1) letter of support from a previous collaborative partner, such as a governmental or nonprofit agency.
- Be knowledgeable about state health policies, procurement processes, and logistical coordination for community events.
