- Plan and coordinate outreach activities and events to engage fathers from underserved and marginalized communities in perinatal and postpartum health initiatives.
- Collaborate with community stakeholders and healthcare providers to develop and implement culturally relevant programming.
- Facilitate educational sessions with perinatal care providers to connect expectant fathers to essential healthcare services.
- Develop and distribute culturally appropriate educational materials promoting paternal involvement in perinatal health.
- Procure necessary supplies, promotional materials, and resources to support program activities.
- Design and implement an evaluation tool to assess program effectiveness, collect participant feedback, and measure engagement outcomes.
- Provide reports detailing program activities, participant demographics, feedback, and measurable impacts on paternal health involvement.
- Conduct regular meetings with department to review program progress, implementation challenges, and strategic improvements.
- A final report summarizing program accomplishments, challenges, and recommendations for sustainability and future efforts.
