The Vendor is required to provide to solicit best value bids (BVB) from interested firms to review and update our existing compensation plan.
- Expected to conduct a comprehensive job market analysis for all positions.
- Provide to ensure that the compensation plan remains competitive and aligns with established industry standards.
- Employs approximately 630 people in the capacity of judges, attorneys, clerks, and various administration personnel to support the court system.
- Services include:
• An analysis of 207 position descriptions compared to both the private and public job markets, as well as southeastern state court systems.
• This analysis should utilize current market salary data and trends, culminating in a comprehensive report that outlines the findings, analyses, and recommendations derived from the study.
• Recommend adjustments to base salaries and pay ranges to remain competitive and support organizational change and growth.
• Suggest a framework for ongoing compensation reviews to maintain alignment with future market changes.
• Provide deliverables or milestones for project including but not limited to kickoff meeting, preliminary presentation, and final presentation.
• Offers shall provide an implementation schedule to include a timeline/interval to complete the work required to deliver proposed services.
