The Vendor is required to provide for executive coaching services with a certified coach to support the growth and development of our current leadership using a variety of methodologies.
- The overall goal of this engagement is to work directly with these employees to develop their skills in a number of leadership principles including executive management, negotiation skills, overcoming challenges, and enhanced decision making, and developing organizational culture.
