The vendor is required to provide consulting services for enterprise resource planning (ERP) project planning and development of a request for proposal for such project.
- The village is requesting proposals from qualified firms with proven experience to conduct needs assessment for an anticipated ERP replacement, draft an RFP for ERP replacement, develop an implementation plan, assist in evaluating, selecting, and negotiating a contract with a preferred system vendor, and facilitate client-side project management during implementation of the new ERP in full accordance with the requirements, terms, and conditions contained in this request for proposal (“RFP”).
