The Vendor is required to provide to procure a health information content solution described herein (collectively the Deliverables) that will be used in a consumer health website and Epic integration.
• Content can be created, edited and suppressed
• Content can be displayed in epic
• Content can be edited and suppressed
• Content can be suppressed
• Content may not have advertisements or commercials embedded
• All content contains hl7 compliant metadata  
• All content must contain metadata that utilizes state terminology and data standards 
• For pi metadata must be epic compatible.
• Replace current health content solution with another health content solution. 
• The ability to review new and updated health content source(s), decide which content to use, and customize/edit/suppress the content, 
• Receive regular and timely updates on health content with clearly listed changes from the last update.
• Streamline complicated transition process to replace current vendor health content.
• Patient instructions suite (pi). Instructional consumer health content providing discharge and after visit instructions for ambulatory, pre-surgery, post-surgery, test, diagnostics, procedure, general education, and emergency discharge scenarios. 
• Must be epic compatible and support auto suggestion with appropriate key words, age and sex-related metadata.
• Videos. Videos covering a variety of high-value health topics utilizing plain language with action-focused, decision-based content. 
• Videos are designed to communicate in an engaging and easy to comprehend way and provide a good user experience that supports alternate learning methods. 
• Vendors with videos that are epic compatible will be evaluated higher.
