The Vendor is required to provide for continuing structural consulting services for airports.
- Services may include:

• Cost estimating / scheduling
• Resident construction inspection
• Sustainable design
• Mechanical/Electrical engineering
• Geotechnical engineering
• Architecture
• Subsurface Utility engineering
• Environmental engineering
• Fire protection systems engineering
• Electronic systems design (fire alarm, security access control and building HVAC control)
• Communications / IT systems design (voice and data communications)
• Traffic engineering
• Marine engineering
• Geographic Information System (GIS) planning and design
- Procure, verify and develop all necessary as-built documentation to effectively undertake the design of a project.
- Prepare computer-generated contract documents for the work, including specifications, construction plans, complete as-builts, closeout documents, and other material(s) (Contract Documents), submitted in CAD (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) or BIM (Revit) following Authority standards and Microsoft Word 2013 or a higher version for complete compatibility with the Authority.
- Coordinate design documents, Contract Documents and construction administration with Authority staff, tenants and all agencies having jurisdiction.
- Provide topographic and physical features surveying as required.
- Provide material testing as required.
- Prepare and submit final engineer’s design report including design rationale, alternative analysis, recommendations, and all other justification supporting the proposed design.
- Prepare and submit all applications for permits and approvals required by agencies having jurisdiction.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
