The Vendor is required to provide for digital and social media advertising services and placements.
- Agency reserves the right to award contracts by platform based on the rankings.
- Demonstrated digital and social media advertising experience on the following platforms: Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, google (YouTube and paid search).
• Your response should focus on details of these specific platforms and placements.
• Have knowledge and experience with targeting ads within the southeast state region
• Experience placing and optimizing all ad formats on the above platforms, including:
○ Facebook: image ads, video ads, carousel ads, stories ads
○ Instagram: image ads, video ads (reels), boosted content, carousel ads
○ TikTok: top feed, standard feed, spark ads, carousel ads, search ads
○ LinkedIn: single image ads, video ads, carousel ads, though leader ads
○ Google:
1. YouTube: skippable video ads, non-skippable video ads, bumper ads, shorts ads
2. Paid search ads
- Provide for developing, executing, and optimizing digital and social media advertising campaigns across the five platforms listed above.
• Developing campaign strategies directed towards agency goals and audiences
• Placing ads, setting target parameters, and optimizing campaigns for performance
• Providing reports to agency on ad performance/metrics
• Ability to make real-time adjustments as needed throughout campaign lifecycle.
