RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide brand and marketing is dedicated to advancing the university’s academic mission by delivering strategic, data-informed communications and digital marketing systems
- Key project objectives:
• Authority building: increase university online authority in search engines by creating and optimizing content that reflects university brand promise and supports its academic and public engagement goals.
• Technical optimization: enhance the technical SEO performance of university brand and marketing’s digital properties to improve rankings, site speed, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• Organic growth: grow and sustain organic search traffic through SEO best practices and data-driven content strategy tailored to audience search behavior. - Provide the following core deliverables:
• Platform license access
o Enterprise-level license to access the SEO marketing tool and its full suite of services.
• SEO content strategy
o Development of a comprehensive SEO content plan, including keyword clusters, search trends, and content recommendations mapped to university brand messaging.
• Technical SEO audit
o A detailed review and audit of university digital properties (e.g., the beyond website), including diagnostics for site health, mobile optimization, crawlability, and technical errors.
• Optimization roadmap
o A clearly prioritized plan to guide technical improvements and content enhancements across university digital assets.
• Content optimization guidelines
o Templates, checklists, and reference materials for ongoing content creation and optimization by internal teams.
• Performance measurement plan
o A reporting framework that outlines performance KPIs, baseline metrics, and monitoring tools for continual SEO evaluation and improvement.
• Training and knowledge transfer
o Workshops, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure internal teams can effectively use the SEO platform and maintain long-term digital performance.
