The Vendor is required to provide digital marketing and graphic design agencies to help increase awareness of brand, service and activities through paid and unpaid digital strategies.
- Digital marketing strategy development: create a comprehensive digital marketing plan to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads from current and past advertisers, current and past users, new leads from users following across all social media platforms, and more; budget department.
- Social media management: manage/optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,
TikTok, x/twitter), create content calendars, design engaging posts.
- Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising: develop and manage PPC campaigns across social media platforms as directed.
- Email marketing: design and build-out of an email marketing strategy with execution of engaging email campaigns as directed.
- Graphic design services: under the direction of our team, develop visually appealing graphics for use on websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Content creation: collaborate with our team to create written and visual content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Reporting and analytics: provide detailed monthly reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as engagement rates, conversions, institute, and recommendations for improvement.
- Search engine optimization (SEO): implement on/off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Digital Marketing: Develop strategies that include social media marketing, SEO, PPC advertising, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Graphic Design: Produce creative and high-quality designs for digital and print media, including but not limited to social media posts, website graphics, banners, infographics, email templates, and ads.
- Consultation and Strategy: Offer ongoing consultation and strategic recommendations based on market trends, competitor analysis, and performance metrics.
- Campaign Management: Execute and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring timely delivery of content and services.
- Provides a project completion summary report of the project readiness for revenue service; and
- Provides a signed Project Safety and Security Certificate that the project work is certified for revenue service.
