The Vendor is required to provide annual cleaning of the 911 center console workstations.
- Vacuum, using HEPA certified Eco friendly cleaning solutions. Clean and/or sanitize all reachable interior & exterior surfaces including counters attached, cavity shelves, mice, keyboard, monitors, beneath control desk, miscellaneous peripherals on desks – phones, printers, etc.,
- Inspect, repair, and report: Entire console for abnormalities, alignment and level of console desk, fans & control panels, doors/hinges, lights, loose screws and bolts, edge molding, fabric edges, duct arms, environmental controls.
- Ideal contractor will perform a detailed cleaning inside and out of consoles, check all parts of the console to ensure structural stability and make note of areas which may need repair. Clean all surfaces, the computers, monitors, and other peripherals.
- Expected length of Service: 3-5 Business Days during business hours typically (8AM to 5pm) rotating stations to not disrupt call center obligations and work.
- Number of consoles: 53 for Main call center (subject to change).
- Must have performed the above, in 911/Public Safety Dispatch Centers, Minimum of three to five years’ experience preferred
- Provide a detailed inspection report following service
- Employees must have experience cleaning within a live 911 center, are sensitive to operational activities and will adjust to the needs of emergency dispatch
- All employees –background checks completed by employer
- All employees are Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certified.
