The Vendor is required to provide to complete a detailed review of our employee manual to better meet the needs of agency staff.
- Project management style and how that would be implemented for this project.
- The proposed staff qualifications and experience with the delivery of this project.
- Firm’s approach to ensure staff is adequately trained on having extensive knowledge and understanding of employment law practices and state law.
- Discuss your firm’s involvement with similar projects at the federal, state, and/or local government levels.
- Firm’s staffing methodology and include your firm’s approach for determining how work Will be performed while assigned staff is not present during times vacation, sickness or attrition.
- Firm’s approach for maintaining appropriate and timely communication with the human resources manager.
- At your option, you may provide any additional supporting documentation or information which would be helpful in evaluating your qualifications and commitment.

• Digital version and printable version
- Provide all deliverables under the direction of the executive director and human resources manager to ensure the requirements of this contract are effectively and efficiently performed.
- Establish and maintain a team-oriented working relationship with the human resources manager to maximize performance, as well as to ensure requirements are clearly communicated, understood and satisfied for all operations.
- Ensure proactive communication using the most up to date technology (written, phone, and email), a 24 hour response time, strong time management skills, and the capacity to take on a project right away.
- Maintain regular weekly communication with the human resources manager to review the schedule and provide updates on progress.
