The Vendor is required to provide employer investment program provides post-retirement medical benefits to qualified retirees from the city.
- The city employee retirement plan committee is charged with overseeing and managing these benefits.
- As custodian, the firm will safeguard the investment assets of the program, provide reporting to the city and its designated consultants showing both transactions and asset values, and execute transactions at the direction of the city.

• Provide a brief description of their professional background.
• Describe what coverage is provided if those responsible for an account are unavailable.
• Indicate how many clients are typically assigned to each primary point of contact.
