RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide professional executive coaching and team facilitation services for various organization executives and leadership teams.
- The selected contractor(s) will support leadership development, enhance team performance, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation as outlined in this solicitation for 1gpa cooperative members (members) as needed.
- Provide personalized executive coaching to leaders and key personnel
- Enhance leadership growth and effectiveness
- Strengthen team dynamics and collaboration
- Facilitate retreats, workshops, and keynote sessions for various purposes
- Support organizations in navigating challenges and improving performance

• Provide personalized coaching for leaders to support professional growth.
• Assess leadership capabilities to inform development strategies.
• Offer guidance on leadership approaches and effectiveness.
• Support leaders in fostering inclusive and adaptive teams.
- Team facilitation & development
• Design and implement initiatives to enhance team collaboration and effectiveness.
• Provide coaching and support to strengthen team communication and performance.
• Facilitate planning and development sessions for teams.
• Assist in optimizing team dynamics and alignment.
• Support organizational development and transformation efforts.
- Assessment and reporting
• Conduct assessments using industry-recognized tools to evaluate leadership and team effectiveness.
• Provide confidential feedback and track development progress.
• Deliver reports and recommendations based on assessment insights.
- Customization and delivery
• Align services with the unique objectives and needs of individuals or teams.
• Customize services based on input from stakeholders, incorporating interactive and experiential
learning as needed.
• Offer flexible session formats, ranging from brief engagements to extended workshops, based on
project scope.
• Provide services for all organizational levels.
• Deliver sessions in person or virtually, using various communication platforms.
