The Vendor is required to provide of external audit services to agency and its related organizations for a five (5) year term beginning with the annual audit services for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. 
- The external audit services is to provide agency and its related organizations with a comprehensive and complete suite of audit services designed to provide the boards with assurance regarding the integrity of financial activities, in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
- Audit services are currently provided through an engagement with an external service provider.
