The Vendor is required to provide pre-award buy America audit, pre-production verifications, production line monitoring, pre-delivery testing, and post-delivery buy America audit services for large, medium and small transit buses, cutaways, vans, minivans and other associated vehicles.
- Audits and certifications must fulfill all administration pre-award and post-delivery audit requirements and buy America regulations.
- Audit activities will include, at a minimum:
• A comprehensive review of manufacturing facilities to determine if administration requirements are followed for final assembly within the states.
• A comprehensive review of manufacturer's organizational plan, production line, and quality assurance program.
• A comprehensive review of specifications, testing, and controls.
• A comprehensive review of manufacturer's standards certificate and financial records, to determine if the manufacturer will meet administration domestic content requirements in accordance with regulations.
• Providing agency with regular updates, including changes, defects, and/or corrective actions.
• Providing agency with a comprehensive, accurate and detailed electronic and physical pre-audit report with findings.
