- The contractor’s capacity to meet external evaluator duties and responsibilities which may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Provide expertise regarding effective evaluation protocols within federal grant projects.
• Participate, where possible, in planning and design of project evaluation including costs estimates for evaluation activity.
• Design and adapt evaluation tools to carry out project evaluation.
• Engage stakeholders in the implementation of the project evaluation plan and seek input from the office of institutional research, the office resource development, or other campus departments.
• Attend meetings with the grant management and staff as requested and conduct site visits as required by the evaluation plan.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data with respect to goals and objectives specified in the project’s evaluation plan.
• Provide recommendations for adjustments and improvements to programs.
• Analyze the evaluation findings and compile and submit interim, annual and final evaluation reports.
