The vendor is required to provide a financial reporting software solution that seamlessly integrates with our existing financial system.
- This solution should improve efficiency, enhance collaboration, and streamline financial reporting processes while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Software should:
• Integrate with the university’s current financial system.
• Improve cost and time efficiency in financial reporting.
• Enable multi-user collaboration, allowing simultaneous data input, analysis, and review.
• Be maintained and updated by the vendor to stay current with industry advancements.
- Software integration: ensuring compatibility and smooth integration with the university's financial system.
- Maintenance & updates: providing ongoing software updates and technical support to keep the system aligned with industry standards.
- User accessibility: enabling secure, multi-user access to improve collaboration and streamline reporting workflows.
- Training & support: offering training materials, user guides, and technical assistance to university staff as needed.
- Fully integrated financial reporting software with multi-user functionality.
