The vendor is required to provide foreign language document, multimedia translation and transcription services.
- Translate key airports authority information into foreign languages for use on the airports authority’s websites, social media, video, audio, advertising campaigns, static display signage and digital display screens.
- Recruit, manage translators, complete quality assurance, and provide finished translated contents for airports authority communication channels.
- All work and meetings are to be performed off-site/remotely.
- The requirements listed, below:
• Prepare and format finalized documents provided by the airports authority for distribution to translators.
• Request and analyze google analytics data and provide recommendations for language translation services upon request.
• Provide a best practices chart and summary of airport foreign languages of comparable state airports upon request.
• Provide keywords based on specific airport terms and services upon request.
• Update or create a recommended airport terms glossary for translators and the airports authority.
• Contact the COTR within one business day of any airports authority request.
• Provide translated keywords applicable to each language, including but not limited to, Spanish, French, German, Chinese (traditional and simplified), Korean, Portuguese Italian, Russian, and Japanese.
• Identify and recommend language translators for targeted languages that meet agreed
• Providing recommendations of foreign language translations and localizations using website content management system (CMS) platforms such as Drupal.
• Transcription experience, providing electronic consultation to communicate to diverse audiences through marketing materials such as social media, email, radio advertisements, signage, and website campaigns.
• Provide transcription services utilizing various communication materials such as radio advertising and public affairs campaigns to reach diverse audiences in context and culturally valid, while being familiar with cultural nuances, sensitivity, and interests in the specific market / country.
• The contractor shall be available by phone and electronically for a 24-hour period on the day of any live implementation of digital assets including, but not limited to, authority webpages or radio advertisements.
- Ability to provide them back in source file, such as Word, Notepad, Photoshop Document (PSD), Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPG) and Portable Network Graphics (PNG) formats, Illustrator (AI), video (MP4/MOV) and audio (MP3/WAV) files.
