The vendor is required to provide a web based consolidated grant management solution that can be configured for the needs of each agency and grant program instead of a customized solution for each.
- Behavioral health services:
• Substance use disorder treatment / mental health services (one grant program every 6 years, approximately 44 applications)
• Recovery support services (always open on a rolling basis, number of applicants varies)
• Managed care organization (one grant program every 6 years, approximately 8 applications
- Community services:
• TRCC support program (one grant program per year, approximately 30 applications)
• Recreational & cultural facilities (one grant program every 10 years, approximately 25 applications)
- Mayor's community contribution fund:
• Cash and in-kind contributions
- Zoo, arts and parks:
• Arts and cultural tier i organizations (one grant program per year, approximately 25 applications)
• Arts and cultural tier ii organizations (one grant program per year, approximately 250 applications)
• Local arts agencies advancement initiative (one grant program per year, approximately 25 applications)
• Zoological organizations (one grant program per year, approximately 3 applications)
- Grant management software should support all stages of the grant-making cycle including grant application submission, grant application review and award, grant management and post-award grantee reporting, and ongoing grant program analytics.
- The software solution should be scalable to support multiple open grant programs at any point in time and should offer industry-standard technical support and security at a competitive rate.
