The vendor is required to provide graphic design and digital advertising services for a variety of marketing and outreach initiatives related to its operations, capital improvement projects, water conservation and watershed protection programs, general administrative needs and other initiatives from time to time.

viii. Social media collateral
ix. Event signage

• Proposer(s) shall be capable of developing appropriate content for the required project as well as serving as the graphic designer and/or project manager as necessary as projects are offered and accepted.
• Proposer(s) shall provide both final (.jpg, .eps, .ai, etc.) and working (.ind, .psd, .pdf, etc.) files upon request
• Proposer(s) shall demonstrate exceptional writing and graphic art skills. proposer(s) shall have proficient knowledge and use of common graphic design programs such as photoshop, adobe in design, etc.
• Majority of development work can occur remotely, however some on-site work/meetings might be required at agency discretion.

• Provide a comprehensive digital media strategy
i. Identify and recommend specific digital advertising goals
ii. Identify key target audiences
iii. Assist agency with establishing ad campaign benchmarks
iv. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure digital performance
• Manage paid search marketing, including pay per click (PPC) and display ads to increase web traffic
i. Optimize paid search campaigns
ii. Manage search budget and bids
iii. Manage paid search competition among industry partners
iv. Identify opportunities for paid search marketing
• Propose additional strategies to increase web traffic
• Submit monthly report of KPIs for all digital advertising campaigns and provide recommendations for increased ROI
• Drive effectiveness of digital advertising strategy by continually monitoring channels and
analytics while proactively ensuring in-house marketing efforts align with current strategy
• Recommend new digital opportunities as appropriate, such as new platforms, tools, trends, etc.
