The Vendor is required to provide to assist in the preparation, application, and management of historic tax credit (HTC) programs for previous, current, and future project within properties owned and leased by agency.
- The consultant will guide the client in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines to secure Historic Tax Credits and provide related advisory services.
- Services include:
• Evaluation of projects for eligibility.
• Preparation and submission of part 1 of the HTC application to the council.
• Preparation and submission of part 2 of the HTC application, including detailed descriptions, drawings, and photographs.
• Preparation and submission of part 3 of the HTC application, including final project documentation and assistance with summary of investment forms.
• Advisory services, including:
○ Assisting legal, accounting, and architectural teams.
○ Researching tax/legal issues and design concerns.
○ Advising on financial projections and incentives.
○ Facilitating the transfer of tax credits as necessary.
