The vendor is required to provide to supply “as-needed” indoor and outdoor signs, graphics, posters, banners, decals, stickers, flags, wraps, message boards, accessories, promotional products, engraving, stamps and lettering.
- Products and materials to include but not limited to fabrication and supplying of acrylic, corrugated, dibond, foam core, gatorboard, metal, paper, fabric, plastic, vinyl, magnetic, digital and electronic.
- Provide, at county direction and approval, content development, installation, graphic design, project management, surveys, permits, shipping, and storage.
- Provide product consultation and solutions for, but not limited to, wayfinding, safety, promotion, information, engagement, decor, compliance and branding signage projects.
- All products and materials shall be new, commercial grade, meeting or exceeding county specifications.
- Deliver and install products at its earliest available date and time, in-stock items not to exceeding forty eight (48) hours.
- Delivery and installation exceed fourteen (14) calendar days, unless previously agree by authorized county representative.
- Provide material safety data sheet (MSDS) for any chemical or other potentially dangerous substances provided to county.
- Vendor shall not withhold delivery of any product, accessory, material or installation, for any reason, for orders related to regulatory compliance, certification and/or deemed by county, to be critical to daily operations.
- All products, supplies, materials and installation shall be subject to inspection and approval by county prior to acceptance and approval for payment.
- All orders shall be shipped and installed by the time specified.
- Scheduled delivery and installations shall occur during normal operational hours, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mon-Fri (PT), excluding holidays.
