The Vendor is required to provide for consultation services from an IT research organization.

- Services include:
• Subscription services with access to industry leading research content and templates.
• A growing collection of templates, policies, job descriptions, analysis tools, and business cases to help improve the IT department's operations.
• License holders should be able to customize and share IT internally without restrictions.
• Research is available to all IT staff to effectively manage teams.
• access to government specific industry coverage including reference architectures, metrics/benchmarking reports, and industry notes covering the latest trends and it challenges.
• The execution of internal IT diagnostic programs offering consulting level programs that focus on stakeholder and business alignment.
• Access to software reviews, toolkits, and third-party research for it solution providers.
• A dedicated point of contact for service-related questions.
• Step-by-step guidance for it projects. IT should also offer advisory calls with subject matter experts.
• Contract reviews (ex. Microsoft, oracle, etc.).
• IT is expected the successful vendor provide service levels consisting of the following:
○ Understand and prepare for boardroom level challenges.
○ Leadership development.
○ Calls to move technology agenda forward.
○ Personal evaluation and coaching.
