The Vendor is required to provide vivantio one-platform software licenses, including both named and concurrent licenses, or an equivalent or better solution.
- Provide to streamline incident tracking, service requests, asset management, and reporting capabilities using vivantio’s customizable platform.
- System include:
• The system must integrate with existing agency email platform.
• Must ensure the completion of prerequisite projects or tasks to ensure functionality
• The system must support integration with Microsoft power business intelligence (PowerBI) reporting
• The system must be capable of generating aging reports that show tickets remaining open and the ability to categorize tickets by type, priority and department.
• The system must provide comprehensive reporting that shows a complete l overview of tickets submitted
• Each department must have their own ticketing interface
• The system should support ticket tracking and reassignment
• Must provide initial system setup, configuration and maintenance services.
