The vendor is required to provide that part 139 inspection, work order system, safety management system reporting and maintenance software for the city, which owns and operates the presto smith international airport (airport), pursuant to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth in or referred.
- Include provision for access to system, software, and modules, as well as vendor technical support.
• Digitally record, track and manage all record keeping requirements outlined in 14 cfr part 139, including but not limited to, inspection checklists, notam manager integration, and wildlife management.
• Provide a work order management system that supports airfield and terminal maintenance activities, including a public facing element for non-users.
• Provide a digital safety management system tracking and status module.
• Integrate airport provided GIS data, support moving map functionality and geolocation.
• Support no less than 25 users on windows operating systems, with desktop, tablet, and smartphone functionality.
• Support the ability to attach images and other files.
• Provide initial user training and additional training, as needed.
• Provide 24/7/365 customer support, service level measurements, and maintenance and update schedules.
• The proposed system should be hosted offsite and include adequate storage to meet the needs of the airport.
• Provide airport employee part 139 training documentation solution.
• Allow airport staff to create specific forms as needed without requiring vendor approval and vendor staff work as applicable. - Contract Period/Term: 1 year
