RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide to install a new camera system at state location.
- The avigilon player will replace two existing recording systems at each location.
- There are several existing newer cameras and several old cameras on our existing systems.
- Responsible for installation, setup, training, and software/hardware installation.
- The vendor will supply software, parts, and labor.
- There are a few cameras at each facility that may need a wireless connection.
- Includes the procurement of the security cameras and associated equipment (including software), design, installation, implementation, configuration, testing and training (in-person training.)
- Responsible for utilizing equipment from avigilon or recommended by avigilon including applicable equipment, hardware and software.
- The avigilon equipment must have the following features;
• Centralized management system with secured access.
• It can be viewed from a computer via a web browser and from a cellular telephone
• Show historical video while recording, hold historical date for a minimum of 90 days
• Ability to download a video
• Record on motion and adjust to daylight and nighttime vision
• Monitor the entire identified area at each location
• Allow future growth of the system
• High-definition cameras
• Secured access for municipality building in basement/secured access in existing locked cabinet at the city center
• Nonproprietary system during and beyond the life on the contract/licenses
• Waterproof cameras
• Sound recording on specific cameras
• Able to remote in and control cameras via computer, tablet or smartphone
