The vendor is required to provide that investment manager services to manage several investment portfolios (“accounts”).
- Investment policy and strategy
• Index funds only matching allocations based on investment policies with changes suggested primarily quarterly by the investment manager.
• Any funds (index and non-index) matching allocations based on investment policies with changes suggested primarily quarterly by the investment manager.
• Any funds (index and non-index) matching allocations suggested by the investment manager with changes suggested primarily quarterly by the investment manager.
- Organization background, strength and stability
• Provide a brief history of your organization. include an organizational overview including a description of the corporate structure of the firm, ownership details, year of founding in present form, including the legal form of the organization, the parent company (if applicable), and any affiliated companies.
• If any change to the firm's corporate structure is anticipated, please also note this
• Please indicate the number of years your organization has been performing investment services similar to those that you seek to provide.
• Describe total number of clients by type (individual, corporate, public plan, etc.) and the average length of time of client relationships
• All potential conflicts of interest your organization, affiliates, or parent may have while serving as investment manager.
• Disclose whether your firm has any financial or other affiliation with other brokerage firms, banks, insurance companies, investment banking firms, or money management firms
• Discuss your internal policies concerning compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Service structure and accessibility
• Please provide a full list of consulting services offered by your firm.
• Provide the location of the office that will serve our accounts and biographies of the key consulting personnel assigned to our account
- This investment policy statement (IPS) governs the following items as they are related to the investment objectives, guidelines, and performance standards for the accounts:
