The vendor is required to provide on-call project support services for information technology on an on-call, as-needed, project-based, time-limited basis to meet the following types of specialized project-based needs detailed below.
- The IT department consists of approximately 35 staff members responsible for all aspects of the city of it architecture and applications. - The city’s current technical environment is as follows:

• Cloud system planning, evaluation, and migration projects
• Disaster recovery/business continuity planning and testing projects
• Security/audit compliance update/review projects
• Infrastructure update and support projects
• Network assessments, design, engineering, and tuning projects
• Voice system (VOIP) assessments, design, engineering, and tuning projects
• System architecture, design, and solution projects
• Firewall update and support projects
• Email security, load balancer and web filter support projects
• Operational update and support projects
• Exchange update and support projects
• Data back-up update and support projects
• Mobile data management update and support projects
• Wireless network update and support projects
• Application update and support projects
• SharePoint consultation, implementation, development, maintenance, and support projects
• Application development projects
• Report development projects
• Short term work order management support projects
• Other short-term project management and support of city systems detailed in proposal.
