The Vendor is required to provide IT professionals to assist and augment existing university IT teams, with an emphasis on database administration services.
- Services necessary are business resilience, including the ability to manage and monitor systems to prevent unnecessary downtime and outages, and assistance with building high availability resulting in reduction of downtime.
- The service required includes the expertise to support “follow the sun” 24x7x365 availability model.
- The number of hours and scope of support must be scalable to meet planned and unexpected increased or decreased service demands such as emergencies, natural disasters, or health pandemics, etc.
