The Vendor is required to provide to procure and configure a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for IT service management (ITSM) that will support current and new processes, and help manage cloud environments hybrid services and environments.
- ITSM solution and any necessary professional services to implement and support the solution, including:
• Subscription services of all modules and relevant functionality as requested by corporation (including the provision of test environments during and after implementation).
• Regular software update of the solution over the contract term including renewal options.
• Through a system integrator, implementation and change management services in accordance with the agreed-upon approach and plan.
• Training services for all corporation administrators and where applicable, regular users;
• Consulting services on decision making, process development and improvement, and other internal issues related to the solution; and
• All other client support services associated with the solution and its implementation.
