The vendor is required to provide that lecture capture and video streaming system to become a world leader in teaching, research, and service, with an international reputation for excellence in both academics and athletics.
- To centralize current lecture capture and video streaming technologies across campus classrooms and other learning environments into a single platform application that can be managed by the enterprise application services.
- To integrate automated lecture recordings from scheduled classrooms, convert and store the video content, provide editing tools, playback capabilities, and captioning services, either directly or integration into other teaching resources such as the university learning management system.

- Installation - Provide a brief overview of company processes with installation to include all steps, timeline, and persons responsible. define if solution is on premise or a cloud service.
- Data migration –Provide a process to migrate existing files from media site provide information on how to maintain migrated files in logical organization for searching, finding, updating content is in use. including the ability to recreate permissions needed for access and use.
- Integration & customization (LMS and sis) - Integration with LMS; integration with zoom to import and share recordings automatically to manage automated delivery to and receipt from various captioning providers. built in captioning availability as an option integrates with banner to automate scheduling of recordings in classrooms.
- System testing & user acceptance - Provide a detailed plan of how effective rule enforcement will be shared with all users; include the reporting capabilities that details compliance, number of warnings/fines issued, etc.
- System maintaining & support - Provide details on the ability to maintain and push system updates based on a schedule that is approved by the institution; include details on processes on assisting the institution on resolving issues in a timely manner; provide reliable information on new release updates, features and service uptime.
- System training (administration and end user) - provide a detailed plan of training for staffing (application administrators and users) for maintaining operations and general usage; include your organization will ensure users are skilled in using the application.
