The Vendor is required to provide employer-matching gift software directed toward the university’s donors employed by eligible matching gift companies.
- Software and strategies designed to increase donor awareness of employer-matching gift opportunities, facilitate/initiate donors' completion of the matching gift process, and increase year-to-year matching gift revenue in alignment with university and campaign goals.

- Provide a matching gift automation platform that:
• Identifies matching gift opportunities in university existing donor database based on donor contact information and employer data.
• Performs automated emails to applicable donors who work for matching-gift employers.
• Track matching gift program performance and matching gift communications performance.
• Integrates with black baud CRM
• Allows for customizations for the various brand identities of the university system.
• Integrates with university multifactor authentications and login system.
- Offer an employer matching gift search database that:
• Capture matching gift information at the time of a donor’s donation by integrating with university online giving forms.
• Embeds into university web pages.
• Integrates with black baud internet solutions.
• Contains instructions and processes for all matching gift employers’ applications.
- Offer client success and onboarding that:
• Ensure all software and services are appropriately implemented and configured.
• Will ensure that university fully maximizes its use of the software and services and achieves an ROI that aligns with the university’s development and campaign goals.
