- One of agency key compliance elements is participation in an external, mock, agency 340B audit of our entity’s 340B universe. 
- an external audit is to validate that current processes at agency are within the expectations and requirements of agency regarding administration of a 340B program by covered entities and to conduct a gap analysis of compliance processes and resources. 
- The audit will include a complete mock agency -style audit of agency 340B universe.
- Must conduct a mock agency audit of agency 340B universe and provide a report detailing audit findings.
- Mock audit reports, results of claims analysis, recommendations, and corrective action plans will be presented in a clear and useful format.
- Provide a proposed post-audit strategy that ensures agency needs and goals are clearly understood.
