The vendor is required to provide of multilingual building signage (including English  and  Spanish)  to  include  consultation,  production  and  installation  to ensure equal access to county’s programs,  services,  benefits  and  convey  essential  information,  warnings,  and  instructions  in  a  concise  and understandable manner to all county residents.
- Provide support, coordination and technical expertise related to interior and exterior wayfinding signage, contractor selection and construction administration related to the removal of existing and installation of new building signs per facilities management building priority list.
- All  work  shall  be  performed  in  accordance  with  the  county  and  its  facilities  management requirements and standards, and the contractor shall complete all work in a first-class workmanship manner to the satisfaction of the county representative within the specified period of performance.
- All services shall conform to the current codes as adopted and amended by the jurisdiction having authority.
