RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide newborn screening (NBS) payment system and support and resources by creating connections between parents that have experience with deaf and hard of hearing newborns and first time parents of deaf and hard of hearing newborns.
- The system will include, but is not limited to, helping register individuals with a checklist, application, W-9 forms, background check forms, and direct deposit forms.
- The payment system will need to maintain and support a process and system for registering individuals for payment.
- The system is required to track total hours invoiced per registered individual.
- Required to send individuals direct deposits or checks quarterly.
- Vendor is required to help individuals register for payment of the services they provide to the State.
- Vendor is required to provide invoices for these services monthly.  
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
