RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide that nutrition services serving lines at sweet water elementary school for the students of district.
- Product will be utilized by the district on an as needed, if needed basis, and no volume is implied or guaranteed.
- Hot top counter:
• Top to be 84-3/8" long x 30" wide x 32" high with top extended to 46" wide and fabricated from 14-gauge stainless steel with square on all sides and corners, fully welded ground and polished
• Body to be seamless molded fiberglass (F.R.P.) with smooth exterior surfaces and rounded comers.
• To be constructed by a hand lay-up process with four layers of 1.5 oz continuous strand fiberglass mat, plus a 24 oz layer of woven roving on the bottom for added strength
• Body interior to be reinforced at each end with 4" wide, 12-gauge galvanized channel welded to form integral "u" frame for maximum stress relief
• Provided with 2-tier 14-gauge stainless steel flat hot top area with an insulated heat blanket to be securely attached to the underside of hot top counter area and underside of the hot top metal heated display shelf.
• Four sided recessed for 4 each 18"x26" pans.
• All lift up glass to be 3/8" tempered and meet ANSI z97.l specifications for safety performance and atsmc1048-04 specifications for heat treated glass.
- Hot/cold/ frozen counter:
• Top to be 50-3/8" long x 30" wide x 32" high with top extended to 46" wide and fabricated from 14-gauge stainless steel with square on all sides and comers, fully welded ground and polished with a thermal break provided 14-gauge stainless steel with square on all sides and corners, fully welded ground and polished with a thermal break provided between the top and refrigerated interior
body interior to be reinforced at each end with 4" wide, 12-gauge galvanized channel welded to form integral "u" frame for maximum stress relief.
• Provided with convertible hot/cold/frozen unit, model #qschp-3 quick switch integral to the top.
• Wells to be individual 12" x 20" opening mounted from underneath with no seams or flange on countertop.
• 5" deep recess around wells for 18"x26" pans. wells to have the ability to either: heat, refrigerate or hold frozen product. all wells to be individually operated with separate controls and drains.
• Over quick switch wells, double-sided self-service food protector, single tier to be provided with tempered glass.
• All lift-up glass to be 3/8" tempered and meet ANSI z97.l specifications for safety performance and atsmc1048-04 specifications for heat treated glass
- Frost top counter
• Top to be 60-3/8" long x 30" wide x 32" high with top extended to 46" wide and fabricated from 14-gauge stainless steel with square on all sides and corners, fully welded ground and polished.
• Top to have #4 satin finish and all edges having #7 hi-lite finish. counter height to be 32" AFF.
• Body interior to be reinforced at each end with 4" wide, 12-gauge galvanized channel welded to form • Integral "u" frame for maximum stress relief.
• Provided with a stainless-steel frost top display and serving unit
• The frost top shall be built-in the counter provided a 5/8" recess for sheet pans and fully insulated to provide proper cooling
• Provide white plastic mat, 1/4 " thick full length of stainless frost tops to prevent product freezing
• Double-sided self-service food protector, single tier to be provided with tempered glass. provided with led lights
• All lift-up glass to be 3/8" tempered and meet ANSI z97.l specifications for safety performance and arsmc1048-04 specifications for heat treated glass.
• Provide on/off rocker switches for each deck in the counter apron.
- Cold food counter, temp-EST Aire:
• Top to be 60-3/8" long x 30" wide x 32" high with top extended to 46" wide and fabricated from 14-gauge stainless steel with square on all sides and corners, fully welded ground and polished.
• Body interior to be reinforced at each end with 4" wide, 12-gauge galvanized channel welded to form integral "u" frame for maximum stress relief.
• The mechanically cooled pan shall be 18-gauge stainless steel and be 9" deep with 3 /4" deep recess around pan for 18"x26" pan access.
• The system to include low velocity axial fans and advanced design cold wall operating on r-449a refrigerant.
• Unit to contain a full hermetic condensing unit connected to the cold pan and operating on r-449a refrigerant with all necessary controls for proper operation.
- Cashier stand
• Top to be 30" long x 30" wide x 36" high, with top extended to 46" wide. counter height 36"aff, fabricated 14-gauge stainless steel with square turndown on all sides and comers fully welded, ground and polished
• Body interior to be reinforced at each end with 4" wide, 12-gauge galvanized channel welded to form integral "u" frame for maximum stress relief
1. CASHIER stand to include:
• 3" knock-out in counter top for cash register cord
• (DD) flush mounted, dedicated electrical outlet
• (HH) locking cashier drawer with removable money tray
• (a) 2 each 10" x 30" flat, solid s/s tray slides/dual sided welded, align with counter slides
• (*) 5" casters with brakes on all wheels
• (*) provide with undershelf in lieu of footrest
• 5-year molded fiberglass body warranty
