RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide leadership strategies to build and manage diverse, motivated, engaged, and productive teams and have strong experience providing detailed, tailored advice to capitalize on areas of strength and improve areas of growth for each leader.
- Training and coaching topics should include transformational leadership, effective communication, setting individual and team goals, providing feedback and utilizing evaluations for positive growth and development, accountability, employee motivation and engagement, conflict management, change management, and more based on observation and assessment of each leader.
- support effective strategic management practices in a diverse work environment to enhance employee productivity, nurture the development of employees at all levels, and strengthen each team’s ability to deliver high-quality work and excellent customer service to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide leadership coaching for the following six agency staff members with leadership and management responsibilities:
• Undersecretary & Chief of Staff
• Undersecretary & Chief Operating Officer
• Chief Financial Officer
• Secretariat Chief Information Officer
• Secretariat Human Resources Officer
• Operations Project Manager.
