The vendor is required to provide for a three-year agreement for ophthalmic technician services in agency outpatient optometry clinic.
- We are looking to contract technicians to work 2–3 days per week which equates to 16 - 20 hours per week. 
- Provide hourly rate for the period and the total amount for 3 years.
- Ophthalmic technician service responsibilities would include performing diagnostic tests using our oct, HVF, and a-scan equipment. 
- The technicians operate on their own schedules within our clinic, typically seeing 5–6 patients during a four-hour shift. 
- All test results are uploaded into our electronic health record system (epic) and made available to our optometrists and ophthalmologists.
- Funding:
• $200,000 or under.
- Contract Period/Term: 2 years
