The vendor is required to provide printing and mailing services for the university possesses the ability to perform both services on-site.

- Typical jobs will range from simple business documents such as letterheads, envelopes, to four-color publications such as fact sheets, brochures, invitation shells, posters, banners, and decals.
- Appropriate equipment for offset and digital printing, such as a five-color offset press and full-color digital press with the capability to provide variable digital printing, and apply aqueous gloss and varnish, UV spotlight, soft-touch, foil, or other finishes.
- Other services that might be needed include binding, die-cutting, embossing, stitching, gluing, scoring, folding, shrink-wrapping, and lamination.
- Recent jobs have included a zip strip folded poster (100,000 copies); 16-page visit book with 4-page cover and perforation on back cover (20,000 copies), 120 lb.
- Folded mailer with tabs securing enclosed letter (17,000 copies), 6x8 kiss cut sheet of vinyl stickers with UV spotlight (17,000 copies), 7.5 x 10.5 poly bag bubble mailer with shrink wrapped 5 x 3.5 folded notecards with envelopes, 1.5 shoe pin, 6 x 8 20-page brochure with soft touch finish, and 5 x 3 one-sided note card (17,000 copies), PVC drawstring bag (3,800 units).

• A #10 window envelope with a personalized letter with multiple merge fields
• A 9 x 12 envelope with a personalized letter and brochure.
- Possess the equipment and capability to print a full range of materials— from letterheads to envelopes to business cards, four-color brochures, fact sheets, folders, tear-off maps and promotional items such as posters, banners, swag, and decals.
- Provide all services needed to shrink-wrap completed jobs in bundles of at least 50 or more (for publications) and 500 or more (of letterhead).
- Provide an easy system for the university to place and track the status of printing and mailing orders (as well as replenishment orders) online, such as an ftp site.
- This includes a system for easy online proof delivery of jobs that do not require hard-copy proof approval.
- Available at least one staff member with graphic design capabilities who is proficient in adobe design standard cs6 for making minor changes as needed on our design files, both from the pc and mac-based platforms.
- Maintain all necessary facilities, personnel and equipment necessary to store the majority of printed materials until mailing date.
