The Vendor is required to provide a tracking software for all professional development activities.
- System include:
• Allow certified and pre-hire staff to register for, track, and evaluate PD
• Track credit hours for licensure renewal
• Integrate asynchronous learning platforms (e.g., schoology, seesaw)
• Maintain historical PD data from year 2020 forward (spreadsheets)
• Allow staff to submit potential courses for PD and have approval/denial capabilities
• Support credit request submissions for external PD activities
• Enable multi-departmental approval workflow for external credits
• Has an embedded micro credentialing system for coursework
• Teacher observation/admin walkthrough tool for staff
• Provides participant feedback surveys and tracks attendance electronically
• Generate customizable reports
• Schedule automated report distribution (e.g., via email)
• Support viewing and printing of PD transcripts (official/unofficial)
• Export data in spreadsheet or database-compatible formats
• Scheduling tool for running conferences, selecting speakers, course registration and session feedback
• Allow school admin to manage/view school-level users
• Provide personalized staff-level dashboards
• Support creation of custom user roles
• Sync nightly with PowerSchool sis for personnel data
• Support class link integration, google authentication
• Allow admins to recommend courses based on user profiles
• Include internal messaging or notification tools for event communication
• Customer support is required m–f, 8–5 EST via phone, email, live chat (optional).
