- Assess Public Awareness:
• Conduct surveys or focus groups to evaluate the current level of public knowledge about center, including awareness of their services and accessibility.
- Develop and Implement an Awareness Campaign:
• Design a comprehensive media plan that includes traditional media (e.g., radio, TV, print) and digital platforms (e.g., social media, websites) to target diverse demographics across Hawai`i.
• Create culturally relevant and inclusive messaging that resonates with local communities.
- Increase center Engagement:
• Promote the availability and benefits of center services to job seekers, employers, and community organizations to increase participation and service utilization.
- Measure Impact:
• Conduct a follow-up survey or analysis to measure changes in public awareness and usage of center services post-campaign.
• Provide insights on the effectiveness of the campaign and recommendations for future efforts.
- Support Long-Term Sustainability:
• Equip agency and center staff with tools and strategies to maintain heightened public awareness and engagement beyond the contract period.

- Progress Reporting:
