The Vendor is required to provide video production services that may include, but are not limited to, video storytelling, pre-production planning, content and strategy development, social media consultation, video production, and video editing as per agency and event-specific requirements (events, branding, and initiatives).
- Record and/or transmit high-definition quality audio and/or video of an agency event, either on campus or within the surrounding community, on an as-needed, per-project basis. Projects may vary widely in scope and parameter. Projects under this section may require at least one audio and/or video capturing device, and may require one or more of the following:
•Multiple cameras and/or microphones
•Live video switching
•Creation/integration of video graphics, slides or animations
•Projection onto video screens
•Video content that may require encoding to live web stream or other online delivery such as Upstream/YouTube live streaming
•Delivery of recorded video content via digital file
- Produce final HD-quality video content for use in recruitment, alumni engagement, fundraising, athletics, academic, etc. programs; may require one or more of the following:
•Video editing services
•Scriptwriting services
•Interviewing
•Video shoots with or without lighting
•Video graphics and/or animation
•Voice over and/or sound effects
•Creation and delivery of final footage meeting industry standard technical specifications
•Provision of final footage via digital file (QuickTime compatible) or on DVD(s), etc.
•Ability to record aerial drone video and photo content
- Provide agency with unedited raw footage and rough cuts of all filming sessions for the university to save, review, and otherwise use without limitation at any point during and after fulfillment of the assignment.
- Creation of video with industry standard technical specifications that are compatible with common video formats used in publicly-available hosted sites such as YouTube, Vimeo and Facebook.
- Integrate closed-captioning into videos upon request.
