The Vendor is required to provide project management firm to assist with management of county housing + health grant deliverables, assessments, workshops, focus groups, and engineering, architectural and environmental studies.
- Services will include site research and selection, administrative record keeping, reporting, and financial management; environmental and pre- developmental clearances; communication between county collaborative for housing + health partners; county and municipal leaders of county, counties, the collaborative administrative team (cat); and the pre-development services and engineering partners.
- This project management firm will manage logistics and serve as a management and technical project monitor to ensure overall project success.
• Project Management (e.g., monthly/quarterly reports, reimbursement requests, study and assessment status updates and presentations to partners, inclusion of community voices in decision-making and midcourse recommendations)
• Pre-Development/Technical Monitoring and Management (e.g., site visits, technical meetings, market research and analysis, identification, selection assistance and monitoring of PS&E)
• Record-keeping and Financial Management (e.g., database creation, report generation, progress and forecasting presentations)
• Environmental and Pre-Development Clearances (e.g., documentation of local policy research and system change, identification of innovative housing solutions and/or options, feasibility studies)
• Public Outreach (e.g., social media and advertising, public meetings including focus group recommendations and workshop outcomes)
