The Vendor is required to provide weekly provide weekly residential solid waste and bulk waste, seasonal yard waste and weekly or bi-weekly comingled recyclables collection, transportation and disposal/processing services as well as provide a range of commercial front load dumpster services at public facilities and other designated locations.
-  Provide residential and commercial solid waste collection services in the city of portage on a subscription basis; the city pays a provider to collect recyclable materials at the curbside for every residential property in the city on a bi-weekly basis.
- residential customers, the Contractor shall enroll such customers in subscription-based seasonal yard waste collection, transportation and processing services and bill them directly, on a concurrent basis, with the rates set forth pursuant to this solicitation.
