- Key functionalities required include: secure remote control of end-user devices, integrated chat functionality for real-time communication with users, wake-on-LAN or similar technology to wake devices from sleep states, and the ability to perform maintenance tasks without on-site presence
- Solution must allow university technicians to remotely access and control end-user devices, including unattended endpoints, to perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and other support functions as if they were physically present.
