The Vendor is required to provide by grant management platform.
- System must be Cloud hosted.
- System should have the ability to brand the online site to meet our University Branding requirements.  (e.g., Colors, Logos, Fonts, Images)
- System should allow content and branding to easily be changed by system administrators.
- System should have the ability to provide Single Sign on (SSO) for all university-facing applications;  web applications are required to authenticate through one of the following options:  federated authentication using Shibboleth, CAS, or ADFS. Should the software be hosted on state servers, it must connect to active directory.
- System must support SAML based SSO (e.g., shibboleth) for hosted solutions; full implementation and support of secure SAML based SSO constitutes utilizing encrypted and signed SAML assertions, exchange of metadata xml via file or URL, support of attribute release for the exchange of unique idenfier; vendor response should specify specifically whether these capabilities can be met.
- System must support RBAC style controls to limit information on a need to know basis for roles within the system.
- System must also support the ability to create and define multiple roles, or the ability to add or remove permissions in an a la cart fashion from an individual within a role group.
- The system must provide a role for Ancillary Reviewers.
- System must provide Role Based Access control on protocol level
- System must provide a robust analytics and reporting module
- System must have Custom Reporting Capabilities
- System must have the ability to export data in .csv or Excel format
- System should have the ability to filter reports based on parent/child relationships
- System must have an email function within the tool
- System must have the ability to send Emails directly from the System
- System must have the ability to search sent emails
- System must provide automated and customizable Communication Letters for Researchers
- System must have Group Email Capability for specific groups within the system
- System must allow for notifications of pending approvals within system
- System should have the ability to send reminders to stakeholders (PI's, Deans, or those needing to take action in the system).
