The vendor is required to provide that scheduling software to a centralized hub for scheduling space, events scheduling, course demand/space demand analytics, curriculum management, and catalog management.
- Provide a transparent workflow to adhere to the governance for course and program creation, modification and deletion.
- Solution integrate with other scheduling platforms to allow a single-view of space usage and/or provide the scalability to migrate these lesser systems into this scheduling solution.
- Solution provide predictive and trend metrics, positively positioning decision makers for future planning.
- Provide an organized, intuitive, user-friendly interface/platform for faculty and staff to produce the schedule of classes
- Provide real-time scheduling data view for academic leadership enhancing communication and transparency
- Provide real-time add and modification of scheduling elements following defined policy and adhering to compliance rules
- Improve classroom utilization for class and non-class events/conferences
- Realize efficiencies in the scheduling process
- Recognize potential conflicts/additional needs for space
- Improve decision-making capabilities with real time data (inclement weather, safety issues)

- Integrate academic catalog requirements from the governance vehicle to the academic catalog to our student information system (sis) to expedite accurate processing and increase efficiency
