The Vendor is required to provide an enterprise camera system solution for use throughout the agency.
- All solutions must address the needs of both new IP cameras and existing cameras within the same interface.
- Services provided by the contractor shall include design, installation, configuration, support and training.
- The initial phase will deal with establishing an enterprise video management system with IP-based cameras currently in use at several different locations.
- An additional phase, as needed, may involve the replacement of cameras, wiring, etc. as technology requires.
- The consultant should be able to provide Active maintenance and break/fix services to existing camera systems.
- Active monitoring of the health of the system and cameras must be provided. 
- Alerts and system notifications should push messages to designated staff members notifying them of outages or issues.
- camera feeds are not intended for real time monitoring, such monitoring should be available and should be capable of recording constantly.
- Camera viewing software should be able to incorporate all the cameras into one viewer for ease of use for at least 5 users.
- The viewer should be cloud based so users outside of the agency can view cameras at any time.
- Provide training for both the administration and end-user use of all aspects of this system.
- Several new locations in the near future. 
- These sites will require coordination for install/services. 
- This procurement shall be scalable to allow for future expansion of products and services.
- Enterprise Camera system minimum specs
• Stores 30 days of continuous, (based on minimum 4k camera size) recorded footage on Premise (not triggered by movement.)
• Secure access to live video and footage from COG office (Over VPN or some other means so it’s not live on the internet)
• VPN access for out of agency access (Police Departments) as needed
• Windows based for management and monitoring.
• Alerts on camera outages
• Daily reports on storage utilization and footage stats to ensure the system is functioning properly.
• Unified access to each system. Via website / application.
• Capable of connecting to / utilizing different cameras. Nonproprietary, RTSP capable.
