The Vendor is required to provide signage for real estate services for sign installation services that include the transport, installation, modification, removal and maintenance of real estate marketing sign(s) throughout the State.
- Contractor shall cooperate in the orderly transition of services from it to a subsequent contractor at the end of the contract term or upon receipt of a notice to termination from the state; transition shall be provided in a prompt and timely manner and shall proceed in accordance with the schedule provided to the contractor by the state in the notice of transition; additional instructions regarding transition services may be provided in the event of a notice to termination issued by state.
- Provide additional services and support as requested to successfully complete the transition.
- Maintain the services called for by the contract at the required level of proficiency.
- Provide feedback to the project manager.
- The contractor shall work toward a prompt and timely transition, proceeding in accordance with the directions of the project manager; the project manager may provide the contractor with additional instructions to meet specific transition requirements prior to the end of the contract.
- the contractor shall ensure that all necessary knowledge and materials for the tasks completed are transferred to the custody of state personnel or a third party, as directed by the project manager.
